Plunge. Come down. On the roof there is a sauna and a cold plunge among plants and trees, with loungers to rest on. Every guest can use it. From 8:00 to 10:00 it is free for guests. At other times, Monday to Friday until 18:00, a two-hour session costs US$80 and includes fruit and an herbal infusion. Book it at reception. ### La Vuelta The morning ritual: an optional lap of the Avenida Ámsterdam oval, then sauna, cold plunge, rest and breakfast at Calma. 1. 7:30 · **The lap.** Optional. Walk out of the door at Cholula 21 and do one lap of the Avenida Ámsterdam oval, the old racetrack. Walk it or run it. 2. 8:00 · **Sauna and cold plunge.** Climb to the roof. Heat, then the cold plunge, then heat again. Among plants and trees. 3. 9:00 · **Rest.** On the loungers on the roof, until your body slows down. 4. 9:30 · **Breakfast at Calma.** Come down to the ground floor. Calma serves from 8:00. Each room is named after a Mexican plant and has a code that tells you where it is: the number is the floor, the letter its place on the floor.
