Where is Cholula Condesa?
At Calle Cholula 21, Colonia Hipódromo, Cuauhtémoc, 06100 Mexico City. It is in La Condesa, on the site of the old racetrack.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A security deposit of MXN 3,500 is held on your card.
How many rooms does the hotel have?
Thirteen, on three floors around a light well. Each is named after a Mexican plant, from Helecho (1A) to Agave (3C).
Can children stay?
No. Cholula Condesa is adults only, 18 and over.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
Can we hold a party or a bachelor or bachelorette group?
No. We do not host parties or bachelor or bachelorette groups.
Can guests use the sauna and cold plunge?
Yes, every guest. From 8:00 to 10:00 it is free. At other times, Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00, a two-hour session costs US$80 and includes fruit and an herbal infusion. Book it at reception.
What is La Vuelta?
The morning ritual: an optional lap of the Avenida Ámsterdam oval, the old racetrack, then sauna, cold plunge, rest on the roof and breakfast at Calma.
Is Calma open to the public?
Yes. Calma, the ground-floor restaurant, serves breakfast and lunch from 8:00 to 17:00 to guests and non-guests alike.
Do you offer massage or yoga?
Yes, on request: in-room massage and a yoga mat. Ask at reception.
Can you pick me up at the airport?
Yes, we can send a driver on request. Write to us with your flight number before you arrive.
